The Preserve and the former Faria Preserve are the same development in San Ramon's Northwest Specific Plan. The City Council approved 740 residences on September 23, 2014. A 2016 initiative, effective in 2017, set a maximum of 618 residences. That figure is the amended approval cap, not a count of completed homes.
